Hua Hin, Southern Thailand - Outdoor Activities and Environmental Work
Our centre on the coast, is set in the idyllic Dolphin Bay on the Gulf of Thailand, and just south of the resort town of Hua Hin. A week of very different activities will test a whole range of skills! The more ‘physical activities’ include hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, camping and cable wake boarding.
A day will be spent learning about the human-elephant conflict in the area and assisting the park rangers to build salt licks and to hopefully spot some of the 400 wild elephants in the Kui Buri National Park. Work with local artists to produce ‘eco-friendly’ designer bags, and have a go at learning to cook some famous Thai dishes. Time will also be spent in a school doing language activities and sports with local students.
